ASIMCO's 4th High-Potential Talents Training Program Launched

A competitive enterprise is built on its strong talents. ASIMCO Group's 4th high-potential talents training program was launched to highlight talent development, create excellent talent reserve and offer employees an access to growth. 

 

The four-day training program extended from April 9 to April 12, 2024. This program made meticulous planning and arrangement regarding the development of talent resources, and involved not merely the "elite" trainees who were already at high positions, but also the "emerging" trainees who will shoulder key responsibility in the future. The purpose, form and valuation of training are separately prepared to meet their different needs. The pre-training testing enables the tailor-made designing and development of training contents. Li Kaishun, CEO of ASIMCO, made a profound analysis of the target and connotations of the training program, raised a challenging goal for all trainees and expressed his expectation of their good performance.

 

The first courses for high-potential talents are intended as the financial training that proved to be "brain-racking". Such courses took the form of teaching and practicing financial knowledge. They were meant to foster and inspire all trainees' efforts to master finance, a general language that help understand enterprise operation and an underlying logic of sustainable development. we hope that all trainees will grow rapidly and become an integral force in ASIMCO Group's sustainable development.
