The groundbreaking ceremony of ASIMCO Technologies (Yuncheng) Co., Ltd. (“ASIMCO Yuncheng”) was held on April 22, 2021.

The project, which involves a total investment of 1.05 billion Yuan, will mainly manufacture the cylinder blocks and heads of 10-15L diesel engines and is expected to have a gross output value of 1.5 billion Yuan. As a world-class project to serve globally recognized customers, this auto parts project is ASIMCO Shanxi’s major step towards the goal of securing its presence in international high-end industrial chain when China’s dual-circulation strategy is treated as a guideline, and is also a significant initiative to stride toward the middle- and high-end industry chain of global manufacturing sector.

The new production base, as a response to the call of “Made in China 2025” development strategy, will play an exemplary role in the industrial transformation and development when “intelligent, green and high-end” are deemed as the development philosophy. Over the years, all the members of ASIMCO Group have cherished a long-held dream of bulding ASIMCO Shanxi into China’s world-class manufacturer of cylinder blocks and heads of commercial engines.
