The preparatory work for ASIMCO Anhui Thailand Facility was started as early as September 2021, but it happened to be the period when the COVID-19 pandemic was rampant in China and abroad. There were merely several people and machines at the outset, and gradually the team was created and all the necessary equipment was made available in the plant. This process witnessed Bosch Thailand’s audit for several times. At last, the company officially passed the audit in February, 2023 and completed the mass production and delivery of its first batch of products.
ASIMCO Anhui Thailand Facility accepted Bosch’s first audit on December 7, 2021. The employees’ standardized operation in the whole production process deeply impressed Bosch and won great trust from them. After that, the team prepared and sent PPAP and product samples to Bosch Thailand and Bosch France separately. What’s more, the staff from Bosch Thailand came and kept track of the progress each Thursday. The company’s work reaped their positive comments.
In spite of all the hardships involved in the construction of Thailand Facility and all sorts of problems that emerged because of the pandemic and all the uncertainties, the company’s development paces and work enthusiasm still remain intact. All the operations go on in a well-organized manner and the company provides clients with high-quality products and passes the audit, thus demonstrating its efficient execution and strong rallying force in the face of clients. The mass production and delivery of the first batch of products in Thailand Facility will offer ASIMCO Anhui some valuable insights into the construction and development of its overseas business.
