ASIMCO Shanxi passed the CSS’s (China Classification Society) upgrading audit of the integration of informatization and industrialization management systems in April 2023, and received the integration of informatization and industrialization management system certificate (Level AA) on June 16, 2023 after the company went through compliance audit, experts’ review and pubic notice.
Integration of informatization and industrialization management systems have begun to introduce classified audit and promote digital transformation since July 2021. Building new capacity lies at the heart of digital transformation. Specifically, a new generation of information technologies are used more widely and while maximizing benefits of value, the data-driven new capacity is co-built, co-created and shared. The new capacity empowers innovative business transformation, develops new advantages in competition and cooperation, transforms traditional dynamic and forms new dynamic to create new value and achieve new development.
To develop the “digital management and control ability of lean production”, the company conducted the planning and analysis of the new ability in the context of development strategy, demand for sustainable competition and cooperation advantages as well as informatization, and built MES system and LN ERP system under the project team’s leadership. Thanks to the participation and collaboration of all departments concerned, MES system and LN ERP system were finally launched after the planning, business analysis, demand investigation, design and trial operation. The new systems not merely reduced the company’s costs in operation management and control, but also enhanced the company’s coordinated management ability of internal supply chain and lean management and control ability of lean production.
The integration of informatization and industrialization management system certificate (Level AA) is the strong approval of the company’s digital transformation. The development of new capacity will help the company constantly enhance its core competence and achieve new development.
