The high-level meeting on Cummins-ASlMCO strategic parentship was successfully held in YunchengShanxi Province on September 10, 2024. This meeting, which was co-initiated by Foton Cummins’ general manager and ASlMCO Group's CEO, witnessed the participation from the procurement heads of all operating companies under ASlMCO Group as well as the general managers of ASlMCO ShuanghuanASlMCO Camshaft and ASlMCO Shanxi and their teams.

 

Cummins China's leader in charge of procurement introduced Cummins's new organizational structure and business development in details, The general manager of Foton Cummins shared Cummins's technological development, key projects and advantages of new engines. The procurement manager of Foton Cummins announced the performance scores of three operating companies by Cummins and congratulated them on their excellence in quality, delivery and service.

 

ASIMCO Group's CEO introduced the Group's strategic layout and implementation path as well as the diversified product lines and business structure until 2030. The Group continuously pumped efforts into traditional business while vigorously developing NEV business and proactively expanding overseas business thus gaining recognition from Cummins, He said, "ASlMCO Group is seeking to get young and capable talents on board and create intelligent factories and offices to guarantee the Group's sustainable growth and provide the most valuable service for clients."

 

Foton Cummins's general manager congratulated ASlMCO Group on its rapid development and believed that the Group will address Cummins's delivery needs more satisfactorily after the new factory starts its operation. As he said, Cummins and ASlMCO share a common ground in business philosophy and corporate management. He made positive comments on the strategic cooperation between two sides and looked forward to tighter cooperation in the future, The leaders from Cummins's other joint-ventures also mentioned their new expectations and requirements for future cooperation.
