ASIMCO Anhui passed Audi's TE Audit and POT Audit on July 28-29 and August 25-26, 2020 separately thanks to all the employees' hard work.

Upon learning Audi's upcoming audit, the company's leaders all attached much importance to the audit and promptly organized a team to make all the necessary preparations. TE audit is the first step in Audi's whole audit process, and the prerequisite for an access to POT audit. Under the guidance of Audi's TE audit experts, the company's technical team and project team saw a substantial improvement in product knowledge and technical management performance after the repeated mentoring. At last, the company passed Audi's TE audit and obtained the qualification for forward development and drawing-based processing.

Then came Audi's POT audit. The production department and all the supportive departments took over the responsibility for POT audit. In this long process, all the employees were fully involved themselves in preparatory work when the spirit of struggle and perseverance was upheld. All the employees concerned worked untiringly and made preparations for audit even after work hours and on weekends because of the daily tight delivery schedule. Quality System Department designed several rounds of cyclical audits to identify and solve problems. On August 22, the company's General Manager Gong Huabing and his team conducted an on-site inspection and acceptance of preparatory work according to the production process. All the employees expected the on-site POT audit confidently by Audi's audit expert on August 25.

Audi's POT audit experts, as escorted by the company's department leaders, conducted an in-depth audit of production site. The company's related employees gave detailed answers to their questions, and the escorting leaders detailed the company's production and processing, experiment and test technology, and rigorous quality and control, which deeply expressed these visiting experts. As the result, the client made some objective comments and announced Audi's approval for the company's production of its bushing at the last meeting, so the company obtained the production qualification for bushing.

The expansion into high-end market is the company's strategic development goal and an approach to its five-year development for doubling its output. The designated qualification from Audi is the company's new starting point on its development road.
