The 2023 Digital Transformation Conference of the Yangtze River Delta and the Annual Conference of Enterprise Informatization Association of Jiangsu Province was held on August 10, 2023. ASIMCO Shuanghuan was recognized as the Industrial Internet Model Enterprise of Jiangsu Province 2023.

Based on the white paper of industrial internet and the company’s business and data characteristics, ASIMCO Shuanghuan completed the deep integration of intelligent equipment and systems in all links of product lifecycle, including process, technology, production and testing, and constructed the management platform which integrated the functions of PLM system, ERP system, MES system, EAM system, QMS system, WMS system, SCADA system and BI analysis and decision supporting system, thus enabling the innovation application of the industrial Internet in discrete industries.

Over time, the company always pursues the development principle of “integration of informatization and industrialization”, follows the development direction of “intelligent management” and “intelligent manufacturing”, and creates the enterprise operation system that achieves the integration between information flow and business flow so that a closed-loop system is gradually created in the whole business process of piston products.

The company has passed the evaluation of “the management system with the integration of informatization and industrialization” and has been honored as “Jiangsu Provincial Model Enterprise with the Integration of Informatization and Industrialization”, “Jiangsu Provincial Model Enterprise of Intelligent Manufacturing” and “Model Intelligent Workshop” of Jiangsu Province, and one of the first “Star-Level Cloud Enterprises of Jiangsu Province”.
